We design and manufacture pieces for special occasions, gifts and custom-made pieces reflecting peoples personal styles. Contact us at: info@costudio.co.za
If you wish to set up an appointment (commission consultations are by appointment only).
Please allow up to 5 working days for a response.
*We reserves the right to say no to any commission orders for whatsoever reasons arising.

CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?2024-10-11T06:45:31+00:00

Unfortunately we do not take returns on any products.
We can however exchange pieces, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order.

We will exchange pieces under the condition that they are: unworn and undamaged and are sent or brought back within two weeks of the purchase date along with proof of purchase.

We will not accept any returns received after the expiration of the return period (2 weeks after receipt of your parcel).
The purchase price/store credit is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.

All products are returnable, excluding:
– Custom-Made Jewellery (Personalised pieces)
– Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

*Please note that pieces need to be returned (at your own cost) in the original packaging. We recommend using registered mail or Postnet to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Products are properly protected. Please be aware that any exchanges made are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery will apply.

The best and most accurate way to get your finger measured is to visit your local jeweller, and then send us your exact size.
We are based in Pretoria please feel free to contact us at: info@costudio.co.za if you wish to set up an appointment for us to measure your finger size.

If your ring is the incorrect size we can resize it for you at a flat rate of R250.
*Please note all shipping costs are your own responsibility.

We cannot take responsibility for jewellery that has been damaged due to neglect (eg. misshapen earrings or rings, broken chains). We will however gladly repair/replace items that have broken due to a manufacturing fault (eg. broken solder seams, weak chains).
*The replacement of chains are R100

With regards to items getting damaged while being shipped, we take extreme care when packaging our online orders so this should not happen, if it is damaged when you receive it please let us know. If you are not based in Pretoria and need an item repaired you will be held liable for all courier costs.

All our pieces are made to order, please allow up to 10 working days for processing and manufacturing. Once your piece is complete, and paid for, it will be shipped. Shipping takes around 3 to 5 days.

If you need your order in a rush, please contact us at: info@costudio.co.za and we will try our best to accommodate you.
*Please note that any pending orders that are not paid for within 14 days of placement will automatically be deleted from our system and will have to be placed again should you wish to proceed with the purchase.

We need a physical address for all shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately: info@costudio.co.za

Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery. Our courier service deliver to your door in 3 – 5 working days. Once the package leaves our premises with the third party (courier), we will not be held liable for the delivery of your package.

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST A STONE FROM MY PIECE?2024-10-11T07:20:54+00:00

Stones set in some settings are incredibly small and delicate. This can happen due to normal wear and tear or if one is not careful with the jewellery item.
Within 3 months of purchase, we will replace the stone at no charge. After 3 months, there will be a repair fee and a stone replacement fee charged to the customer. This amount will be determined after inspection of the product.
Please make sure to bring your ring to us, or take it to a local jeweller, once a year to get your settings checked.
